Peace-Circle is an open discussion based on spirituality and social justice topics. Peace Circle give a clean experience for the community to speak their opinions, experiences, have soft debates, and build resolve for a solutions.

The FullMoonWombCircle is a collaborative series which involves women coming together to provide safe space and open arms for each other. During the Womb Circle, we open up with a conversation in which we can be fully honest about where we find ourselves at any given moment. Throughout the workshops at any womb circle, a number of activities and exercises are facilitated which help bring us closer to the heart and womb connection so that we may activate our own self-nurturing selves.

This Peace Circle is dedicated to the book, Initiatic Tales of Hej-Ptah by Prophet Naba Lamoussa Morodenibig. Prophet Neb Naba was a Dogon Priest, Spiritual Master, and Traditional Healer from West Africa. He is the only authentic Kemetic high Priest and healer who was sent to share initiatic knowledge with those outside the African bush.

Our focus is to uplift by sharing our stories/experiences, resources, and opportunities with one another for elevation.

Our purpose is to relax your mind, body, and spirit in this delicately organized event. We wish that you activate a certain part of yourself that will deconstruct old unhealthy habits as you begin constructing new healthy habits for yourself. May many manifestations come forth mentally, physically, and emotionally

The mission of this show is to implement sound healing instruments such as: crystal bowl, tibetan bowl, tuning fork, gong, and general live instruments for meditation and vibrations, as well as healing exercises. The goal is to set a holistic and spiritual environment for the audience to experience an enlightening sound wave of healing vibrations in a space.

A peaceful gathering for Tea and Yoga. Our yoga classes are gentle with a focus of body awareness. Our yoga classes are Vinyasa flows with a look into Kundalini. We incorporate Chair Yoga in our Peace Circles as well.

We incorporate Pranayama into most of our Peace Circles and Peace Yoga.

Chakra Juice Workshop is a series of workshops that give you thorough information and group activity on Chakras, Color Healing Therapy, and foods that connect with the chakras. Then after, we enjoy juice together based on the specific chakra that is worked on that day.
